14-day money-back guarantee

If you start a family plan and it is not right for you, email info@seethestarsllc.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals and cancelling

You can cancel in the billing portal at any time, and a cancelled plan simply does not renew. Cancel before the next charge and you will not be billed again.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan cancelled after the first 14 days stays active until the end of the year you paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for the unused part.

Fundraisers and dues

Contributions to fundraisers and dues are paid to the family's payout manager, not to EverBranch. To get one of those back, ask the payout manager, who can refund it from their own Stripe dashboard.

How long refunds take

Once a refund is issued it usually appears on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
